Ladder to Heaven is the first place on the web for people to share their good deeds.

Every day, people are doing great things for each other. We are performing incredible acts of kindness, selflessness, and generosity, whether these actions are planned or completely random. But often these deeds go unnoticed; we are too easily preoccupied with all the bad to see all the good in our world.

With this in mind, our site, Ladder to Heaven (www.laddertoheaven.com), gives individuals the opportunity to document their own good deeds and the deeds of others. Built on the latest Pligg platform, Ladder to Heaven allows users to post and praise deeds, bringing the righteousness of human nature to the foreground of society. We hope that with our website, readers will have a more positive opinion about mankind, and will be inspired to perform noble deeds of their own.

Users can post deeds both about themselves and about other people. In the latter case, those people can sign up for Ladder to Heaven (if they don't already have an account) and claim they deeds. Users accumlate points based on the number of published deeds and praises they have received.

Ladder to Heaven was founded by two Harvard students looking to bring some happiness to the world. After six months of brainstorming, consulting professors and fellow classmates, and improving upon and adding to the standard Pligg template and features, we are extremely excited to launch this project. We hope that with Ladder to Heaven, people will be inspired from reading about the amazing deeds of others.
